Toni is responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Connecticut, and very much about everything else. She was the first realtor that I contacted about a property in CT. I was impressed by her quick response, flexibility and general/specific knowledge. I am glad that I stuck with her in closing on my home. Now, Toni has a list of inspectors, HVAC professionals, and many other professionals. It made it easier to figure out items we put on our priority list for the seller to fix/rectify before closing. She even sent me a suggestion for a driving school. You will have to do your leg work since she does not endorse any company.
